Solidarity Foundation announces a new action – pecuniary aid to orphans in Palestine.
The conditions these children live in are appalling. They have no freedom and no bread. They grow without toys and without smiles. They hear gunshots but not their mothers’ lullabies. Their distress doesn’t leave room for kindness in their hearts. We can save them with bread and care, a smile and some compassion. Volunteers of Solidarity Foundation who have undertaken financial support of 20 young children from Palestine, are absolutely sure that even a tiny bit of kindness can change the orphans’ fate:
"Palestine is our common distress, and we have no right to forget about it. I consider it my personal duty to provide at least some help to these children. The amount required for a child’s support is not very big for me. Listen, our "little bit" is everything for them. It is an opportunity to survive. And to live on.
